Payment

I currently only accept major credits cards (except Discover) and debit cards as forms of payment, to include HSA and FSA health account cards. More specific information regarding fee structure and my billing practices are discussed during the initial phone consultation and/or intake session.

Insurance

Insurance Plans currently accepted: Cigna only.

For all others insurances, I provide you with all the information you will need in order for you to submit your claims to your insurance provider on your own via a "Superbill". Please note, out-of-network reimbursement rates vary with insurance plans. Please consult with your insurance provider about your particular plan's benefits.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you may be charged the full session rate.
