Payment

I accept cash, check, and all major credits cards (except Discover) as forms of payment. More specific information regarding fee structure and my billing practices are discussed during the initial session.

Insurance

Insurance Plans currently accepted: Cigna only.

For all others insurances, I provide you with all the information you will need in order for you to submit your claims to your insurance provider. Please note, out-of-network reimbursement rates vary with insurance plans.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
